1. Introduction

Welcome to HackVitraSec. These terms outline engagement, service usage, and compliance policies for all clients & partners.

2. Client Rules & Engagement Policy

These terms apply to all clients engaging HackVitraSec for cybersecurity services — under both Free and Paid models.

3. Trial Services

  • Client must sign a Testing Authorization & Consent Form before testing begins.
  • Non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,000 required for scheduling.
  • Certificate of Participation/Completion issued post project closure.

5. General Client Policies

  • Scope changes must be agreed in writing & may incur charges.
  • NDA required for exchange of sensitive information.
  • 1% late fee applies on overdue invoices beyond 5 days.

6. POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policy

HackVitraSec provides a safe & harassment-free work environment. Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.

7. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

  • Email complaints to: posh@hackvitrasec.com
  • Inquiry resolution within 90 days, final recommendation to management within 10 days.
