Terms of Service
Establishing the framework for authorized security engagements.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of cybersecurity and technical services by HackVitraSec. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the rules of engagement outlined below.
1. Authorization & Scope
By commissioning HackVitraSec for penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or incident response, you certify that you have the legal authority to authorize simulated attacks against the specified assets. We operate strictly within the mutually agreed-upon "Scope of Work" document.
2. Rules of Engagement
All offensive security operations are conducted with professional care to minimize operational disruption. However, the client acknowledges that security testing inherently involves risks. HackVitraSec is not liable for incidental downtime or data instability resulting from the exploitation of pre-existing vulnerabilities discovered during the engagement.
3. Confidentiality & NDA
All findings, reports, and intelligence gathered during an engagement are classified as Highly Confidential. HackVitraSec complies with enterprise-grade non-disclosure agreements. We will never disclose discovered vulnerabilities to third parties or the public without explicit, written authorization from the client.
4. Intellectual Property
While the final security reports become the property of the client upon full payment, the methodologies, custom scripts, and specialized tools developed by HackVitraSec remain the intellectual property of HackVitraSec.
5. Ethical Conduct
HackVitraSec operates strictly as a "White Hat" organization. We refuse any engagement that involves illegal activities, state-sponsored corporate espionage, or unauthorized access to third-party systems outside the authorized scope.
6. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate an engagement with prior notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the point of termination.
